Dr. Fritz received his medical degree from Frankfurt Johann Wolfgang Goethe Universität Frankfurt and his specialization at the university clinic Bonn. Having previously worked in private practice in southwestern Germany, Dr. Fritz is now a visiting research fellow to the Ludwigs Maximilian University in Munich, and an associate professor at the Carol Davila University for Medicine and Pharmacy in Bukarest. Dr. Fritz specializes in dermatology, allergy, cosmetic dermatology and lasers.
Dr. Fritz has served as the head of Periderm Institute for Clinical Studies and is a member of the Editorial and Scientific Board of several journals. He also serves as a member of several Scientific Advisory Boards and is a consultant to various companies in laser, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries. He has founded and co-organizes the annual dermatolgy congress DERM in Germany, Derma Alpin in Austria and the 5 CC Congress in Barcelona.

A former President and honorary member of the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD), Dr. Siegel is a graduate of Albany Medical College in New York, completing his residency in dermatology at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, Texas, followed by a fellowship in Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Surgery at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas.
Dr. Siegel serves or has served on boards of the American College of Mohs Surgery (ACMS), the American Dermatological Association, the Women’s Dermatologic Society, the Noah Worcester Dermatological society, the International League of Dermatological Societies, IDEOM and the New York Dermatological Society among others.
Dr. Siegel has published over 200 articles and book chapters in major medical journals and textbooks. Dr. Siegel has received many prestigious awards for his work in dermatology, including the 2013 American Skin Association Public Policy & Medical Education Award and the 2012 Clinical Educator Award from the 2012 Winter Clinical Dermatology Conference. For several years in a row, Dr. Siegel has been listed as one of Castle Connolly’s New York Metro Area “Top Doctors.” In recognition of his years of service to the profession, he was awarded honorary membership in the American Academy of Dermatology.
