4. Return Process

A. Unwanted Products
  1. Request RMA → Email support@luxrenew.com (Order # + sealed product photos)
  2. Get Authorization → RMA# issued within 24 hours
  3. Ship Back → Mail in original box with visible RMA# to:

  4. Inspection → Results emailed in 3-5 business days post-delivery
B. Defective Products
  1. Submit Proof → Email defect photos/video
  2. Validation → Defect verified within 48 hours
  3. Replacement → New item shipped in 24 hours (free shipping • no return)

5. Refund Handling
